All meetings of the planning commission are subject to the Open and Public Meeting Act, Title 52, Chapter 4. Meetings will have an agenda that is posted 24 hours before a meeting; all issues and items voted on during the meeting will be on the agenda; and meetings are held before the public. Copy of the Minutes are available on request.
